What is T.E.A.R?

Technology, Education Advocacy & Resource center was created to help domestic violence, family violence and initmate partner violence who are experiencing TFA.

Purpose

T.E.A.R. was created to raise awareness about the growing threat of technology-facilitated abuse and to offer trauma-informed tools, knowledge, and support to those most impacted—survivors of domestic violence and technology-facilitated abuse (TFA).

Mission

  • Empowering survivors with knowledge, digital safety tools, and direct access to help.
  • Equipping DV advocates, attorneys, first responders, and judges with trauma-informed resources and training.
  • Promoting justice system accountability and compassionate practices.
  • Protecting digital dignity and privacy in a connected world.
